Hello! This is Rachel Duncan, the owner and founder of DDD. 

I began this business in early 2024, but its foundational seeds were planted by the passing of my great uncle Donald to Covid-19. 

My uncle Donald was a long-term resident of his care home, and a man of few words... so we thought. 

After his passing, we discovered that he had kept decades of journals that my grandmother - who planned to downsize - did not have room to keep. She asked me to help her create a solution to honour him and my grandmother's wishes. 

I was able to digitally preserve every single page of his journals - now, my family and I have my Uncle Donald’s memory preserved digitally forever. 

I knew many would benefit from digital archiving, especially in the era of the Sandwich Generation.

As you can see in this photo of the two of us here, I am as proud to be able to remember and learn from him now as I was back then.

My name is Rachel Duncan and I am the owner and founder of DDD.  Creating DDD has allowed me to reconnect with my passion of preserving historical material while also allowing my customers to access their own history EASILY.  

I have also been a writer and painter since childhood, and have preserved decades of my own work! From Kindergarten to college, I can have my personal portfolio in my pocket. Ease of accessibility is often not standard in our society, but it’s never too late to start.
